According to Kevin Anderson, director of corporate communications, Crescent grew too large for its former quarters as its employee base swelled from 30 to 110 within a year. Anderson also emphasizes that Crescent wanted to stay in this area. "It is centrally located here," he tells GlobeSt.com. "A lot of our peer groups are in this Route 495 tech belt and most of our employees are in this area also." Lowell is about 27 miles from Downtown Boston.
Mark Reardon and Rich Ruggiero, senior director and associate director, respectively, at Cushman & Wakefield, represented Crescent. Curt Oberg and Flory McCarthy of Spaulding & Slye negotiated for the owner, CrossPoint Limited Partnership.
