The building stands at 1 Cupania Circle. It was acquired by F&F Monterey Park Associates, a syndicate based in Burbank.
The property was sold by Pacifica/ARKA MontereyPark, a private partnership based in Marina Del Rey. Kevin Shannon of Grubb & Ellis' South Bay office and Amy McNamara ofthe firm's San Gabriel Valley office represented both parties in the transaction.
