With spaces ranging from 2,000 sf to 17,000 sf available at the 12-story, twin-towered class A property, the Rutherford-based Lincoln is offering $50 restaurant gift certificates to brokers and tenants who tour the building together, for openers. All new tenants who sign up for space, no matter what size, will get two months' free rent. If a new tenant signs a lease for 6,000 sf or more between now and the end of August, the broker who brought the tenant to the building can choose between a stainless steel Breitling Chronomat watch worth more than $3,500, or 100% commission upon signing.

To make the package look prettier, Lincoln is doing a multi-million-dollar lobby renovation. The design concept includes a patterned stone floor of green and salmon and lobby walls covered in fabric-wrapped horizontal rusticated panels. Existing amenities include lobby retailing, board and seminar rooms and multi-level parking garage. Lincoln Equities Group is the on-site manager of the asset.

The property is located about 10 miles west of Manhattan at the confluence of Routes 3 and 17 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The Garden State Parkway and I-80 are also within shouting distance. The Meadows Office Complex is part of a Lincoln portfolio made up of more than 1.7 million sf of class A space in the New York metro area.
