The landlord, Pasadena-based Operating Engineers, was represented in the transaction by Colliers Seeley International broker Kevin McKenna and David Cosani of CB Richard Ellis. MC Distribution Services was represented by Mark Kegans and Milo Lipson of Grubb & Ellis.
