The new tenant, moving from nearby Edison, NJ, was represented in the lease transaction by The Staubach Co., Murray Hill, NJ. The space, which is located on the 22nd and 23rd floors, will be utilized as the company's executive offices, as well as for development work areas, training facilities, and office support space.
The architectural and design firm of Rothe-Johnson-Fantacone is doing the planning and design of the space for BusinessEdge Solutions. The firm is simultaneously doing an interior renovation project at One Tower Center for Boston Properties, and the Hunt Construction Group is the construction manager for both projects. Rothe-Johnson-Fantacone in association with Stubbins Associates of Cambridge, MA was initially responsible for designing the Tower Center and Hotel complex back in 1984.
