ThyssenKrupp holds the distinction of being the first tenant to sign for just completed Freeport V, which is positioned on 9.5 acres in the 46-acre park. But that could change within 30 days, Turner tells GlobeSt.com. Duke-Weeks is negotiating with two national companies for the balance of Freeport V's space. The developer's other Freeport North structures are fully leased.
