To accomplish the expansion, other tenants in the development will be relocated and tenant improvement work will begin shortly. The lessors were Gordon and Patricia Pfau.
Henry Zahner of Colliers International represented the lessor for the warehouse space. Phil Hoffman of Pacific Western Holding along with Colliers brokers Kirk Allison and Vic Gausepohl represented the lessor of the retail space. The Bedroom Superstore handled the negotiations for the lessee's half of the transaction.
