Sygma has been a tenant at the Rittiman West Business Park since 1984 and uses the site a primary food distribution hub for the southwest region, John Turcotte, partner and industrial services' director for REOC Partners Ltd. in San Antonio, tells GlobeSt.com. Sygma occupies all of Building 4 in the 1.2-million sf park and part of Building 3. Restaurant distribution accounts for the bulk of its operation.
The business park abuts Interstate 35, more often referred to as the NAFTA Highway. Industrial space is fetching $3.36 per sf triple net. The Utah Retirement System owns the facility. Turcotte is the sole broker on the renewal, representing the building owner.
