Rounding out the tenant roster is Houston Southpro Restoration, which has just inked a five-year pact for 17,341 sf. The signing takes the four-building Southpark Commerce Center to 95% lease-up, Greg Johnson, Transwestern's vice president of leasing, tells GlobeSt.com.

Houston Southpro Restoration will move into its share of the building in July, Johnson says. The bulk warehouse space is fetching $5.40 per sf to $6 per sf on an annual basis.

Johnson is the sole broker on the deal and represents the building owner, State Farm, for the complex's 372,000 sf. The tenant is relocating from within the same submarket.
