An affiliate of locally based Brookside Properties bought the 80-unit Post Lee apartments in Nashville. Dallas-based Tonti Properties purchased the 327-unit Post Lakeside compolex in Dallas.
Post bought Post Lee in 1996. The REIT acquired Post Lakeside in 1997 as part of the merger with Columbus Realty Trust. Post didn't disclose what it had previously paid for the assets.
