Grubb & Ellis Co.'s New Jersey office, located in nearby Fairfield, is marketing the upgraded building. "Given the uncertainty surrounding current economic conditions, it's timely for some companies to leverage their future growth by making some decisions now," says Lee Kosmac, Grubb & Ellis senior vice president who heads the marketing effort. Other brokers working on the project are senior vice president Joel Orenstein and office leasing specialist Jeremy Neuer.

"We feel that Roseland Office Center offers a viable economic alternative in the suburban market," continues Kosmac. Other features of the facility include more than 800 parking spaces and a 9,000-sf penthouse area "suited for executive offices."
