The 22.6-acre property is located at the intersection of North Avenue and Rohlwing Road in this west suburb of Chicago, about a quarter-mile from an I-355 interchange. The center includes a Menard's, Harlem Furniture Co. store, a theater, restaurants and other service businesses.
The REIT continues to own Prime Outlets at Huntley, a factory outlet mall in a far west suburb 50 miles from Chicago. However, that center may get some competition from Chelsea Property Group's planned 430,000-sf Premium Outlet Center in Aurora.
