ATLANTA-LandAmerica OneStop didn't disclose the price it paid for the 20-year-old locally based commercial appraisal firm.

LandAmerica OneStop is a Web-based provider of real estate services. LandAmerica Financial Group Inc. provides title insurance and a broad range of real estate-related services.

Curry Carter, founded by Ronald W. Curry, also does marketability and feasibility studies. Curry has been a real estate professional for 40 years.
