Located at 3552 University Drive in Auburn Hills, Wellington Green is a half-mile east of the I-75 expressway. The new lease is a consolidation of two other local offices, allowing SequoiaNET.com to keep all of its employees in Auburn Hills under one roof and make room for the 311 jobs expected to come from the move.
The move-in date is scheduled for August 1.
