Woodmont gets a leasing and management contract for the 5000 S. Hulen St. Shopping Center. Corrigan owns the retail site positioned at the intersection of S. Hulen Street and Overton Ridge Boulevard in Ft. Worth.
Woodmont's Kevin McIntosh, vice president of the retail division, will oversee leasing and Jean McCorvy will manage the center. Details of the redevelopment are not available, according to a Woodmont contact.
