MAPLE GROVE, MN-Carl Zeiss IMT Corp. will be the lead tenant in the Bass Creek Technology Plaza being marketed and developed by United Properties on behalf of site owner Lutheran Brotherhood.
The new building will consist of 108,000 sf of office showroom and industrial property on a seven-acre site. Carl Zeiss IMT Corp. will be the lead tenant occupying 90,000 sf. United is marketing the additional 18,000 sf. Construction began in late October 2000.
