Located at 35255 Glendale, the property is a half-mile south of the I-96 expressway and two miles east of the I-275 expressway. Grubb & Ellis senior vice presidents Geoff Hill and Jon Savoy led the team that represented Millcraft Paper Company. Other Grubb & Ellis team members included Doreen Hicks and Tony Avendt of the industrial services group.
"This property was very attractive to Millcraft because it offers six truckwells, and was in an ideal location," Hill says. "The desirability of this tenant gave us leverage to negotiate a favorable lease rate and other concessions."
The lease rates were not disclosed.
