The Toronto-based third-party logistics company is expanding operations. Other Windham Lakes tenants include BGF Moldings, Inc., Fusion AETEK, Fleetwood Systems, and Sunrise Medical HHG, Inc.
The 171,812-sf facility was 40% pre-leased when ground was broken in August. Korsnäs Packaging, an international packaging solutions company based in Wiesbaden, Germany, was the first tenant with a long-term lease for 67,865 sf.
Brian Townsend of Insignia/ESG represented Transpeed while Jeff Fischer of Insignia/ESG is the exclusive industrial marketing agent for for Itasca, IL-based AMLI Commercial Properties Trust's Windham Lakes Business Park.
