The CORE affiliation of Austin-based Kucera Co. and the Saywitz Co. in Orange County, CA has resulted in the co-brokering of the pact. Kucera's Steve McMillon, senior vice president, and Saywitz's Leonard Taub have closed the three-year deal for 2,300 sf in the 30,000-sf freestanding office building. Lee Hecht Harrison's Austin staff is just settling into its spot in the 16-year-old structure, located in Austin's southwest submarket.
McMillon says the 27-year-old firm is looking to pick up clients from Austin's laid-off dot-com workforce. Lee Hecht Harrison specializes in career development, job placement, executive coaching and workforce consulting for the high-tech industry. The firm is a division of Adecco SA, one of the world's largest employment services with its 3,200 offices in 51 countries.
