The 44,800-sf multi-tenant building is located at 2224-2240 W. Desert Cove Ave. It is situated is less than a quarter mile east of Interstate 17, just north of MetroCenter, a regional shopping center.

In the past two years, the Valley's northwest submarket has been among the most active for industrial and office space. Developers and tenants have been attracted to the area because of its increasing residential development and the Loop 101 opening, which links the West Valley to Interstate 17 and Interstate 10 as wells connecting north Phoenix and Scottsdale to the freeway system for the first time.

More than 700,000 sf of industrial space is under construction in the area and another 900,000 sf of space is under development. "The northwest submarket continues to ride the high tide of the real estate market and evolve into a top rated address for employers, tenants and developers," says Don Morrow, regional managing director for the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co. Broker Paul Boyle of Grubb & Ellis' Phoenix office has represented buyer and seller in the transaction. Grubb & Ellis also will serve as the building's leasing broker.
