NORTH OAKS, MN-The company that founded the Twin Cities suburb four decades ago and owns all the undeveloped land here hires Leonard Street Deinard real estate attorney Carolyn McCann as its president, replacing Richard Leonard.
McCann replaces Richard Leonard, who has been president of the company since 1988. Leonard will continue as a consultant to the company. L.W. Hill Jr., grandson of St. Paul railroad baron James J. Hill, founded North Oaks Co. in 1951.
