The new building has received all its approvals from the city, company officials say. It should be available for lease by June 2002. Rental rates for the building will be $18 per sf, triple net, a company official says.
The property was bought from Bank One, which had planned an administrative facility on the land, but dropped the parcel when it merged with National Bank of Detroit and AMRO. Negotiations with several tenants are underway, said company officials.
