Directors Row LLC is the buyer of the 18-year-old property at 9009-9011 Directors Row, which had housed Phoenix Flexible Packaging. The buyer had been in a leased site near Halifax Street, also in Brookhollow, Michelle Hudson, senior vice president, of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas, tells GlobeSt.com. The buyer has not yet set a move-in date to the facility in light of the upgrades that are taking place.
Hudson and Dan Spika, another Henry S. Miller senior vice president, have represented the seller, Pochteca Inc. David Jackson of the Jackson Co. in Dallas has acted on behalf of the buyer.
In another recent Henry S. Miller transaction, Tempe, AZ-based International Training Systems is leasing 6,972 sf of retail space at Collin Park Shopping Center in Arlington. The site will house an Aladdin Beauty College. Peter Kosley, a senior vice president of Henry S. Miller Commercial, has represented both parties in the transaction.
