Enanu Eliqu, who operates a business adjacent to the site, has secured the property for future investment, says Darrell Hurmis, senior vice president of investments for Henry S. Miller Commercial. "It's an excellent location for future retail development," he tells GlobeSt.com. At one time, the Greenville area "had been the place to be in Dallas," he says.

The property, which includes a 2,600-sf freestanding building, is located at 7023 Greenville Ave., an eclectic entertainment and shopping area in Dallas. Situated between Park Lane and Walnut Hill near Presbyterian Hospital, the site had carried a $500,000 asking price. The lone structure, once a residential property, had been used for a garden nursery and later converted into a small office building. Until the time is right for development, the buyer reportedly will use the property for overflow parking for his neighboring business.

Allison Reilly Benthull and William Reilly Jr. are the sellers. Hurmis has acted on the sellers' behalf and JAS & Associates of Dallas have represented the buyer.
