Webvan, an online grocery delivery service, is giving up the space as part of a cutback in operations, returning primary to its West Coast roots. Webvan will continue to maintain an outpost in Chicago as its only market not on the West Coast.

Insignia/ESG's Ben Katz and Matthew Corpuel will lead the effort for the 16-acre property, which is owned and managed by Hartz Mountain Industries, Secaucus, NJ. Of the total building space, 25,000 sf is designed for offices, with the rest set aside for storage and distribution. Of the latter, nearly 130,000 sf consists of combined freezer/cooler and processing space.

The facility, located at 2101 91st St. in this Hudson County community, offers heavy power and tailboard-loading docks among its features for possible subtenants.
