The building is a 180,210 sf office building. It is located on the block between 20th and 21st streets. Tenants include: Radio Free Asia; Smith, Bucklin & Associates; and Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld.
Oliver Carr and Ed Schulze managed the property financing deal for Carr Capital. It was placed with a life insurance company.
Carr Capital, based here, has completed $1.25 billion in financing. It owns and/or has investments in approximately 425,000 sf of class A office space and asset manages a portfolio of 1.3 million sf in offices and hotels.
