The center, known as Sierra Vista Plaza, stands at 25030 Hancock Ave. It is anchored by a Stater Brothers supermarket, a Sav-On drugstore, a Chuck E. Cheese pizza parlor and also features a Jack in the Box fast-food outlet.
The property was sold by the private Watt-Las Brisas Associates Limited Partnership. It was represented by Reza Etedali and Bob Daniel of Irvine-based Sperry Van Ness.
The buyer, privately held Passco Real Estate Enterprises Inc., represented itself.
