Industrial remains a stronger segment of the market in some outlying areas despite the softening office markets throughout the Bay Area, according to some reports. Scott Prosser of Grubb & Ellis completed all three industrial leases.
He worked for landlord Anthony Marques in the lease of 7,008 sf at 1701 S. Main St. to G-Link. The 60-month lease is valued at a total $1.29 million. Colliers International represented G-Link.
Amada America, Inc. leased 5,668 sf at 1705 S. Main St. in Montague Main Business Center. Prosser represented the Business Center. Mar Kousnetz of Wayne Mascia Associates represented the tenant in the $948,823, 60-month transaction.
In addition, LTK Cable Technology, Inc. leased 1,745 sf at 1759 S. Main St. from Centremarq Properties. Joe Swanson of Cornish and Carey Commercial represented the tenant in the 12-month, $47,115 deal.
