Conference officials say the Property Management Committee meeting will include discussions on fast-rising property and general liability insurance costs and what apartment owners are doing to manage their risk exposure.
The Tax Committee meeting will address the various tax items being considered in the budget negotiations and an in-depth discussion of proposals to repeal the federal estate and gift tax, NMHC said.
