The 150,000-sf business park is situated on 10.5 acres at 12700 O'Connor Rd. TD Industries is the lead tenant. Jeff Brown and Krista Upham, both of Transwestern Commercial Properties in the San Antonio office, have represented the building owner and the JM Group has used an in-house broker.
In another renewal, the University of Texas at San Antonio is renewing a 6,441-sf office at the class-A Cypress Tower in San Antonio's CBD. WKB Value Partners LP owns the 155,023-sf building. Transwestern's Elize Pruske and Upham have represented WKB.
