The space stands at 5835 S. Eastern Ave. The tenant, Laundry By Shelli Segal, will house its corporate headquarters there.
Laundry's space includes 26,000 sf of office buildout. In addition to serving as the company's headquarters, it will also house the design and sales operations, as well as some warehousing. The firm is slated to occupy the space in Fall 2001.
Bart Pucci of Grubb & Ellis' Downtown Los Angeles office represented Laundry. Eric Hinkelman and Rob Antrobius of Trammell Crow represented the landlord, AEW of Boston.
