The Hillwood project is part of a 1.75-million development in South Dallas. Garden Ridge leases 715,575 sf of the project's first building, a 1.01-million sf structure. Pinnacle Park is located off Interstate 35, the primary north to south artery connecting from the Mexico border to Canada.
"The selection of Pinnacle Park by one of the country's top logistics companies in Quality Logistics gives a great boost to the second phase of the project," Tal Hicks, president of Hillwood Investment Properties, says in a prepared statement.
Quality Logistics, based at 588 Hutchins St. in Dallas, is one of the nation's largest contract packaging supplier for warehouse clubs. It also deals in contract warehousing, finished goods distribution, logistics support services, public warehousing and production support services. Quality Logistics distributes in excess of 30,000 products to its customers. The company also has facilities in Addison, IL, Green Bay, WI and Meridian, MS.
