MAPLE GROVE, MN-Rouse Co. officials say the center needs two more anchors besides Nordstrom and Marshall Field's and may not open the mall at the southeast corner of Interstate 94 and Minnesota 610 until 2004 or 2005.
Roy Vice, development director of the firm's commercial development division, says Rouse also intends to have 360,000 sf of specialty retail shops at the single-level mall inMaple Grove. The mall would be at the southeast corner of Interstate 94 and Minnesota 610.
