This past fall, as the high tech market collapsed Globix pulled out of the deal leaving Cabot with a shell of a building and no prospective tenants.</p> <p xmlns:i=\"incisive-repository\" xmlns=\"http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\">Sources from the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council tell GlobeSt.com that the building developers have been considering converting the building into biotech space to attract tenants from the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
