Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors Houston Portfolio owns the six-story, 130,400-sf Northchase Center. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips with PM Realty, leasing agents for the Koll Bren Schreiber's Houston portfolio, have negotiated the deal on behalf of the building owner. Tomlinson Realty has represented Bossco in the transaction.
Bossco has operations in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and New Mexico in addition to Texas. The company sells chemical for use in coatings, inks, adhesives, lubricants, plastics, oil and gas production, floor finishes and cosmetics.
