The EPA alleges in a U.S. District Court lawsuit in Orlando that Drum Service Co. of Florida, which NAPA later acquired, dumped hazardous substances at a Superfund groundwater cleanup site in Zellwood, FL, 15 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando.
Ellen Mahan, assistant section chief, Environmental Enforcement Section, U.S. Environment and Natural Resources Division, filed the suit for the government.
