Currently operating 285 bakery-cafes in 29 states, the company is growing toward its goal of more than 500 bakery-cafes across the US in the next few years. The company reported revenue of $350 million in 2000.
The company opened a store in Roseville, MI in April, and in Okemos, MI this summer.
