The restaurant features southern Louisiana fare. Howard Richardson is executive chef. He apprenticed with Chef Roger Verge in France and interned for four years as a chef at Emeril's and Graham's Creole Café in New Orleans.
Davi was formerly associated with P.F. Changs China Bistro and Houston's.
