Two new tenants have quickly taken more than three-quarters of the asset's space--Spirent Communications (56,000 sf) and the Eatontown Post Office (20,000 sf). The remaining 24,000 sf is currently available.
Aztec also did the build-out for Spirent's Telecom Analysis Systems. The West Sussex, UK-based Spirent is a network netchnology company, whose space at 541 Industrial Way includes test labs, a demo area, a computer room and related facilities. The rehab for the building itself included a new façade and entranceway and new building systems.
