The franchise is owned by Pacific Inns LLC and is located near the intersection of Interstate 205 and Airport Way, at 11207 NE Hollman St. "We feel the La Quinta brand is a better fit for our property," an employee of the franchisee tells GlobeSt.com.
La Quinta Inns now owns and operates 229 La Quinta Inns and 72 La Quinta Inn & Suites in 29 states. "Oregon represents a tremendous opportunity to increase La Quinta's market share and brand recognition in the Pacific Northwest," said Butch Cash, La Quinta's president and chief executive officer.
