Kenneth Uranowitz, SVP at Livingston, NJ-based broker Gebroe-Hammer Associates represented Goodson's estate in the sale, for which the price was apparently right. Uranowitz also orchestrated financing for the sale, which involved the procurement of a new first mortgage plus cash. No further details were released.
The asset consists of 10 two- and three-story buildings. About half of the units are one-bedroom apartments; the rest are two-bedroom units and duplexes. The property totals approximately 9.5 acres.
