Auto Refinish Distributors will take 18,598 sf in the 448 Garden Oaks warehouse in Northwest Houston near Interstate 45 and the 610 Loop. Ron Roberson of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group negotiated for Auto Refinish while Art Barkley was the in-house representative for ProLogis.
Installer Supply has leased 15,280 sf at Pine Timbers Distribution Center 2, located at 4660 Pine Timbers near Hempstead Highway and Texas 290. Caleb Lawson of Caldwell Watson acted for the tenant and ProLogis has in-house broker Drew Beeson to negotiate the pact.
Carpet Again Recycling has signed for 8,650 sf at Hempstead Distribution Center 3, situated at 2066 Afton Rd. near Hempstead Highway and Texas 290. Bill Ginder of Caldwell Watson represented the tenant while Barkley sealed the deal for ProLogis.
