The project, located on the seventh floor of 1420 Kettner Blvd, was completed mid-May. Designed by Mari Kramer of Maridon Interiors, a full floor of executive offices is being renovated.
Scott Kaats, CEO of Bycor, was the principal in charge of the project. Mark Gritzmaker was the project manager and John Correia was the superintendent. Other major project consultants included San Diego Bay Area Electric, Fox Plumbing, Casper Company, CJ's Interiors, Pacific Rim Mechanical, Frank Sciarrino Marble & Tile and Western Fire Protection.
