K-B Toy Outlet and Pac-Sun Outlet (Pacific Sunwear) will open in August.
With the addition of phase two, Outlets at Albertville will have 62 stores and seven dining options. The expansion adds 58,000 sf of retail space, bringing the center's size to 306,000 sf. The outlet center is located northwest of the Twin Cities, about 15 minutes west of Maple Grove, MN, at the intersection of I-94 at Highway 19 in Albertville,MN.
JMJ Properties, the owner and developer of Outlets at Albertville, is a real estate development company based in Muskegon, MI. The company has developed more than 1.3 million sf of retail space over the last seven years, including three other outlet center projects.
