The locally based developer has signed two tenants to a total 22,234 sf on identical three-year-seven-month leases. The contracts bring Atlantic Center's occupancy to 61%.

GeoFields, a geographic information systems provider, is taking 11,581 sf at an estimated aggregate rent of $1 million. Uzun & Case Engineers is leasing 10,653 sf at an estimated aggregate rent of $950,000.

Pope & Land Enterprises officials couldn't be reached at GlobeSt.com's publication deadline to confirm the estimated value of the two leases. Atlantic Center Plaza is at 14th and West Peachtree Streets.

CRESA Partners/Atlanta estimate average class A rents in the central business district are $27 per sf; class B, $21.60 per sf.
