Allied, which will relocate this September, is taking the entire third floor of Sunnybrook, a four-story, 103,744-sf class A office building completed in Sept. 2000. Sunnybrook is owned by Qwest Group Trust 7, a fund of union pension fund advisor Qwest Investment Management. The deal brings Sunnybrook to 50% leased.
Dan Swift, Coby Holley, Lana Baldock with Insignia/ESG Inc. represented the building owner. Craig Reinhart, managing principal of the local CRESA Partners office, represented the tenant.
