This new professional association joins the ranks of 24 other state groups across the country focused on the commercial, rather than residential, Realtor. The organization was approved by the board of directors of the National Association of Realtors at its Maymeeting.
"This is another significant step in the growth of the commercial brokerage profession in Minnesota," says Joe Smith of Steiner Development, who is this year's president of MNCAR. Smith adds hisorganization has been a leader in using technology through its Commercial Property Exchange, which has about 850 members.
