Glimcher sold a 50,071-sf building in Sidney, NY for $4.350 million. The REIT also sold a 71,463-sf building in Wooster, OH for $4.050 million occupied by a Lowe's Home Center. It also sold an outlot in Heath, OH for $610,000.
The sales brought Glimcher's 2001 total to $22 million, which includes five single-tenant properties, two community centers and three outlots. Company officials say they continue to have discussions with other potential buyers.
