In all, the JPMorgan International Plaza, north of Spring Valley, now boasts 1.1 million sf of class A office space. Plaza II is a 15-story structure and Plaza III, 13 stories. HKS Inc. of Dallas has been the project architect. The expansion features a one-acre courtyard with a reflection pond and four fountains in a park-like setting.
"A unique feature in achieving this important milestone is the fact that Wilcox was able to retain the original management team and key individuals from HKS and Centex," Steve Platt, president of Wilcox Development Services, says in a prepared statement.
