He replaces Kim Carlson, chief executive officer and owner of Cities Management Inc. Also elected were Robert Levine, president and owner of KMS Management Inc, will be first vice chair; Jan Susee, president of Metes & Bounds Management Co., will be second vice chair; Sam St. Pierre, chief operating officer of Asset Management Group Inc., issecretary; and Lisa Moe, vice president of property management at Stuart Management, is treasurer.
The Minnesota Multi-Housing Association has 1,750 members who together own or manage 220,000 rental-housing units throughout Minnesota.
